THE WEDDING INDUSTRY AWARDS
In 2024 we entered The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA), the only Regional and National client-voted, expert-judged awards in the UK wedding industry.
With 27 categories and thousands of businesses entering from all over the country we had no idea what was ahead! Our entry was in the North West region, in the ‘DJ’ category, and saw us up against hundreds of other incredibly talented individuals and companies all at the very top of their game. Judging is based on feedback from previous couples as well as the view of the expert panel, made up of industry professionals, all previous winners in the category.
In October we received the incredible news we had made the final 6! What an honour! Wanting to make the most of the experience, we hopped on the boat, got our glad rags on and attended the regional finals in Knutsford!
We really only went with the intention of meeting some of our UK counterparts and to take the chance to network with like minded professionals, but when our category came to be announced we were blown away to hear our name read out, and receive a Highly Commended certificate…I mean just look at the reaction shots below! The kind words we’d receive after a couples special day were really thanks and reward enough, but to have what we do recognised by the biggest names in the wedding industry is truly next level.
So, we can now officially claim the title of being Award Winning Wedding Hosts & DJs! And…having been bitten by the ‘TWIA’ bug we have some big plans for how we can make 2025 weddings even better for our couples! It means the world to be part of your journey and we’d love it if you’d be part of ours and help us to hopefully bring back the regional winner trophy to the Isle of Man!
